 A: The original image will be received via the online disk within 72 hours. It may take longer during busy seasons.
 Q: How do I choose the retouched photos? When can I receive them?
 A: You need to select the retouched photos yourself and tell us the last 4 digits of the photo file name. You can receive the retouched photos within 7 days after you select them.
 Q: Can I increase the number of refinements?
 A: Yes, the extra retouch fee is 500 yen per photo.
 Q: When can I receive the video?
 A: The fine-cut video will be received through the network disk within 10 days. The original material will be received together.
 Q: Can I choose the background music for the video?
 A: Yes, if you do not select the photographer's default editing, the video editing supports one free revision.
 Q: Can I choose my own route?
 A: Yes, the total mileage does not exceed 350 kilometers. If it exceeds, an additional service fee will be charged. The two parties will negotiate.
 Q: What color clothes do you recommend?
 A: It is best to avoid blue, black, orange, light-colored clothes, couple outfits, parent-child outfits, and long skirts are recommended for girls.
 Q: Can I spend half a day at Mount Fuji and half a day at other destinations?
 A: Yes, the fees will vary depending on the location. Extra distance and overtime fees will be charged.
 Q: Can I end the session early?
 A: Yes, but the fee is the same.

 A: No, it includes highway, fuel, parking, photographer's meals and other expenses. Optional extras are noted.
 Q: How can I take photos if I can’t see Mount Fuji?
 We have alternative routes and can also produce films
 Q: Is there a recommended time slot?
 Usually evening is better, and sunrise is more suitable if you live near Mount Fuji.
 Q: Can I go to the vicinity of Mount Fuji a day in advance?
 A: Yes, you will need to pay for the photographer's accommodation and long-term parking fees. If the hotel has free parking, it will not be charged.
 Q: Is there a place for children to play?
 A: Yes, Mt. Park, Fujimi Cable Car, and Fuji-Q Highland (Fuji-Q Highland has a fee, but you can enter for free if you don't play. Parking fees apply).
